Opened in April 2000 Racers Pitstop Steakhouse sets a goal of
becoming the best little steakhouse/restaurant in rural Kentucky.
We grow as many of our own vegetables as possible right here
on the farm in Sparta.

We hand pick them and deliver them to our kitchen. Fresh vegetables
are also procures at local farmer's markets and are personally hand
selected by us.

Hamburgers too are prepared from our own beef herds here at the
ranching operation in Sparta. We raise two varieties of beef cattle,
Brangus and Longhorn. All of our cattle graze freely on 950 acres.
They receive no steroids, additives, or medications. We select the
best of the herd for our restaurant. Our beef has virtually zero fat
content. We believe there is no finer certified USDA beef
available at any price.

We maintain a select grouping of local, regional, and national wines.
Each label must be approved by our owner and management before
offered to our customers. Your hostess can assist you in selection.
